Please check that you are NOT using the prefilled password option. Please also note that the email address field is case sensitive, so please try entering your email address in all lowercase characters, or with the first letter capitalised.

There is currently an issue which means that our password emails are not being delivered to suremail and cwgsy.net email addresses.
The only workaround at the moment is to do a guest checkout using a different email address OR to buy your tickets in the Hope Store in town (opposite M&S).

If you already have an account from the Big Summer Lottery, you can use the same login details to sign in and purchase your Big Winter Lottery tickets!

Login details from before 2024 won’t work. We have been using a new system since 2024, which means if you have not bought a ticket in 2024, you will need to register as a new customer.

You can buy your tickets online, as well as in person at the Hope Store in St Peter Port (on the High Street, opposite M&S). We will also be selling tickets at our “pop-up stall” at Aladdin’s Cave and the Friquet Garden Centre on certain weekends.. Please visit the homepage of our website for more info.

If you are not receiving a password reset link and have checked your spam folder and promotions folders, please send an email to kris@hopeforachild.org.uk.

This means that you already have an account linked to that email address. Please use the password reset button to create a new password, then use the new details to login. TOP TIP: make sure you do NOT use the presaved login details after you change your password, as in most cases your browser will just remember your OLD password and not your new one. Once signed in, you can then follow the ‘Enter Now’ button to purchase tickets.

Yes, you can now pay using Credit or Debit card without using PayPal on our website. You can also buy your tickets in person using cash at the Hope Store in town.

If you are buying online, you do not need to print your ticket in order to claim a prize. Some ID when claiming your prize may be required.

We contact all winners where possible, normally within 1 week of the draw to arrange for prizes to be recieved. In the case where no email or phone number was submitted by the ticket holder when the ticket was purchased, the winning ticket holder would be required to contact Hope for a Child to claim their prize. Contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.
